Reaction to the blogging project

•What did you like about it? What didn't you like about it?

      I think there is not big different between blog with diary, may diary more secretive than blog. We can write it everyday and the information which you write can be totally different. After we write blog, you can share it to other people and they will give  comments on which you write. By doing this blog project, it creates the communication between student and teachers. Actually, it is a way to improve writing skills for me. Also, this blog is quite good, because when you type the word, it direct save. Actually, if it like Facebook, when someone give comments or finish blog and send message to others, it will be better.

•What did you learn from participating in this project?
Actually, this blog project is the first time I do, before I did not write blog. From this project, I learned how to write blog and to look others blog, give them comments. During this project, I learned differences people`s opinion on different topic.

•Should marks be given to this project?

Yes, i think teachers should give the mark on this project. This project is a way to connect teachers and students after class. Also, we should know it worth 5% mark, it is very easy to get for us, you do not spend long time on blog, you just write and finish your task, it not cost your time. Then, you get 5 points. you should know, sometimes, it is very important for 5 points in the final evaluation.

Question no.3 physical interpersonal relationships.....

      Online games have some different features that attract players and encourage them to remain in the game. During the game, player can create their own fictitious society. They work with organizations and teams to achieve different tasks and exchange virtual property. The process can be done with strangers without any afraid and identification. Also, in games, players lose their social distinction which in real life, like education level, social class, socioeconomic status. More over, online games have a lot of  visual stimulation and audio experience. The different image on the screen and sounds in full stereo are both fascinating. 

free blog

      This week, i watched a movie a movie " Saw 3D ". I am a fan for this movie, I watched all the section of Saw from 1-7. Actually, I do not think this section "Saw 3D" very good. I lost interest after I watched it. I still prefer Saw 2 and 3. it was quite good than other sections, like the story and scenes. I watched a lot west horror movies. I think there are differents between west and east. In most of west horror movies, they are most sanguinary, just cut cut cut and cut your body. However, in most Asia' horror movies, they do not have many sanguinary scenes. there are lot of stimulus on your nerve. it makes you feel real afraid to watch it.

research paper questions

1. How do you feel about your paper?

Finally, we finished our research paper and everybody may feel tired. I think I am doing ok, not excellent. in the beginning, when I heard we will do the research paper and write over ten pages, I thought it must be very difficult to finish it. Fortunate, I did it through two weeks. However, I do not know why when I finish it, I feel very normal and not so excited. The reason maybe is later presentation or I am not happy person. Anyway, I finished paper.

2. If you had a chance to start over, what would you do differently?

Actually, this is first time I do it. I learned a lot with how to do research paper and I got experience with it. Of course, I need lot of things to improve it. If i have a chance to star over, I will use different structure do it and find some thing more deep and not everyone knows.

3. What are some skills you improved in while doing the paper?

From doing research paper, I the reading skill got improved, because we faced many different resources, from internet, book, articles, we do not have too much time to read all the information, we need to do quick survey and gathering information that we need.

It is a very good website. I think it is right taht 8 secrets can contribute success. however, it is realy hard to has all of these characters. The successful person always face and bear frustration or distress when they in process. 

comment the statement of discrimination

"Oh, Great Spirit, keep me from ever judging a man until I've walked in his moccasins."

      In my opinion, this statement means before we judge somenoe that is different from us, we need to put ourselves to the same position as them and try to think about what will happen. this statement probably reflect the smae situation in the video which we watched in class. In this world, everybody has same rights to be equal to others. We should to respect everybody and do not judge others by using a wrong view, like social level , eye colors, skin colors or thers. I sitll believe taht discrimination happens in somewhere in this world. Actually is is hard to solve this problem, because it stay in deeper of our mind base on different backgrounds, different cultures. No one want be discriminated, the best we can do to improve the situation is stop discriminate to each other.

Population

1,    In my father's family, they have 4 children, 3 boys and 1 girl. In my mather's family, they have 6 children, 3 boys and 3girls. In my family, we have two,  a younger sister and I. Actually, my father like boy, because in China ancient traditional, some parents in less developed areas still prefer boys than girls, and that is the main reason of the imbalance between male and female.  In future, I would like to have one or two childern.

2,   Now, Chinese people have reached 1.4 billion and 56% people live in the countryside. Poverty still around some of areas. Because of the poor economic situation, not all Chinese families can offer their children a good education, and more children have to leave in countryside to become famers that they don't want to be.

3,   Every year, there are huge number people from rural areas go to big city, for job, eaducation. However, the condition of these people are still do not change anymore. they get the lower salary, they stay in the low level of society. some people discriminate them. The society of China are losing balance. rich people become more rich, poor people become more poor.

De Niro's Game

      De Niro's Game, this book is talk about a story taht happen on two best frieds. The background of this story is civil war and I think it is main purpose for author. Because of the war, they have to decide leave thier country or stay there to fight. I like the part of story and  it is more attractive for me. It shows more confrontation between two frieds. Also, through all the book, there are many discription about people's situation under the civil war.

     Actually, I like the first phase which are reading and discussions with my group. when we read the chapters and discussed, we shared the diffetent opinions about story and author. Because the book is not difficult to understanding, so, we seem we have same idea and opinion. Also, this my the first time read English novel and only in one week!!! I like this book. Although the writing skills are not very well, as English are third or second language for author, it is enough.

research topic

Actually, I interest in venture capital, it is kind of investment in business. But, I still hesitate whether choose this topic, because, I already searched Internet and found information seems not easy to describe. If I do it, it could be a big challenge for me and I am sure I will do very well. If I do it, i will ask few question.
  Waht is venture capital and when it beegan?
  What are some rules in venture capital?
  How a company find a right venture capital ?
 The situation of venture capital  in China or America or Europe?
Maybe  I will  prepare the second choose of topic.

Definition of happiness

       What's the definition of happiness?

      There are a great many definition about happiness. Happiness is much more than what an article could describe, some people describe happiness as the feeling you experience when you realize that everything is exactly as it should be, some people thought it as the state of feeling that you experience after reaching your goals. Some thought that happiness was success of career or thought it was getting a big house, other may thought that happiness having a wonderful family. Actually, i think defining happiness is something that is not so easy, but, i think everyone have already experienced it.

      For me i think happiness is everywhere. You need a pair of wise eye to found it. one of make me feel happiness is the memory of good old days. When I think about those things, I could say how beautiful it is. Also, I wang to mention that happiness can relate with good health. Before, I read a article, they said, happy people have younger hearts, younger arteries. They recover more quickly from surgery, cope better with pain, have lower blood pressure, and have longer life expectancy than unhappy people. Also suggest that happy people may have stronger immune systems and they're less likely to get colds and flu viruses.

      So, are you a happy person and feel happiness everyday? If not, try to do it as best as you can.

Building super high skyscrapers is a good idea.

        Look around this world, as everyone knows, we live in the fast paced  society. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, people never stop voracity and we want more and moren. We got big car, the big companies, the big food, the big houses, the big buidling and so on. This society has changed a lot than last generation and the skyscraper is a good indication. Yes, I think building super high skycrapers is a good idea. there are few reasons that why I agree with it.

        The first importent reason is skycrapers can save land, beacus we know, in the big cities, the population are growing fast and the situation of urbane sprawl is stell continue. So, if we build skyscrapers, we can send people up to solve land problem. Second, as we know, with the urbane sprawl, people are live far away form their job and they realize that can has high personal cost and a financial cost. So, if they live in downtown, they could not have those cost. Third, the skycraper can creat strong hosing markets. for example, we can have different store, restaurant, office, shop in one building. That is very convenient for people. They do not need to go to far places in the city and worry about the exactly location, because it is easy can find it. Also, I think if we live in skycrapers, we can get less noise, because the noise can not reach to very high places. Moreover, I think we can get fresh air and enought if we live in very high buliding, because I trust morden thchnology that can exchange air very well.

        I have to say I like skycrapers. every skycraper is a kind of amazing art. when I stand in there, I can enjoy the good view of the city, especially in the night.

my first unit reaction

Actually, I showed little bit interest in this unit. I never refuse to learn new things. Even though my major is business and this unit do not relate with it, I have to say i like it, because I learnt some new things before I do not know. Now, I know some process and technic to help builtd skyscrapers. I just have one time experience of stay in high building. That is CN tower. Becasue it is a tower and it is not a building which are people work or live in, so I  do not like it.
